Interesting stuff. For me, that is.

Just got a notify from Heather with the subject 'I'm alive', and then saw an advert for a widescreen TV. All I need now is a report of rain in London, a Nova car to drive up outside and I'll know that I should be listening to Heather Nova. I like Heather Nova. Her music is unusual. (Sorry, probably only Nicky and Jonathan would get that :-) )

Apparently everyone is amazed at Lee's changed views about sex (see yesterday!)(I assume for the better). Told Abi she must be educating him :-)

Keith lent me Neverwhere videos but I haven't had an opportunity to watch them yet! Grr. Looking forward to that - was only about 13 when they were on TV. The videos are 15s, which is interesting!

Sports day was cancelled today, which meant I had to stay in school. Wasn't too bad though, as I had twice the amount of time to muck up my Chemistry investigation, and learn about bacteria in Biology. I like biology :-) Speaking of which, I have a biochemistry mock interview on Monday at 2pm with a Professor of Chemistry for the 'Find that course, get that job' ('Waste that time' - Mr. B, who claims he's since repented...) thing my school does for us lower sixths. I'm actually looking forward to it. I can prattle on about how I'm so interested in life processes etc. Brill. (I never say brill. Who says brill? Come on, own up! It's you Chris, isn't it!) And if he asks me about Asimov (who I realised recently, was actually a professor of biochemistry - that makes me look really obsessive!) I can talk about that lots too. Caves of Steel might be my best bet, or maybe The Winnowing. Yeah. Is this interesting anyone else? Sorry if it's not :-) I'm also thinking of rehashing the Unfinished Novel from fantasy to futuristic sci-fi. Fantasy's easier, but I'm sinking into the decadent style that Eddings laughably calls 'contemporary fantasy'. So sci-fi would probably have a more interesting approach - it can be McCaffrey type fantasy.

I might be taking part in the Noise again this summer! Some youth groups couldn't manage the Noise weekend. (Note - The Noise is a Christian Youth-y type thing dedicated to simply serving the community in order to show God's love. I have some entries on it, but I can't remember where they all are.) I loved the Noise, it simply fantastic. Doing stuff for the King is a pretty amazing privilege.

Mum says that whenever she looks at Nicola's website she goes to look at the quotes - 'You've impaled my sperm!' Thanks Mum. It was actually, 'You've impaled my sperm! DON'T QUOTE ME ON THAT!'

Right, I'd better go have a bath. And check my buddy list. Not in that order. Mwahaha!
