Shall we decide who the champion procrastinator is? Nah, we'll do that tomorrow

They exported The Weakest Link and Anne Robinson! And the Americans love her!!

I think it's 'cause she's quirky. And they don't know her from TV's greats like Watchdog and Points of View. Heheheh. I think our cousins 'cross the pond know how to treat her as well. Apparently they return the abuse. Better than our pathetic bunch over here who just stutter and give stupid answers to questions. Plus, the Americans get more prize money (you lucky peeps). So, to the British Weakest Link bunch, (all together now) you are the weakest link, goodbye!

What a strange catchphrase that is. I remember when the teachers did it at school and one of them attempted to vote themselves off. I forget who. Seeing as the prize was hundreds and thousands (you know, those sugary coloured things) it was hardly surprising. Andrew A. won. Yay!

Haven't done much today, except procrastinate (I'm becoming a champion procrastinator. I'm glad I'm practising, I might make it for the finals. Unless they're postponed. Last year everyone who did turn up turned up late. Apparently the person who won didn't get their prize money for ages. Last year I didn't win, because I didn't practise. I kept putting it off.)

Sorry about that :-) Found loads of weird Christian sites, including one that was meant to work out what spiritual gifts you had. It said I had mercy and also motivational skills. Believed the mercy thing, but not the motivational skills. The results weren't quite what I had suspected, probably because I hadn't a clue for most of the questions they asked me. I really love the 're-versed lyrics' site (see links below). It is hilariously funny!! Also quite interesting that 'Everything I do, I do it for you' had very little changed. Actually my church played that (the original version, that is) on Easter Sunday whilst showing the crucifixion (sp? I honestly can't remember) on the Miracle Maker video. That's about the only film of Jesus' life I can stand. There was 'Jesus of Nazereth' where he acted completely high, and the other one we watched in church which was the 'epic film' approach and I never really liked them. I haven't seen the Matthew one though, which is supposed to be very good.

On a similar vein, I watched Son of God, the last episode thereof and it was flipping excellent. It was also kind of funny how there was all that evidence staring them all in the face and no one seemed to want to say anything about it. But of course, that's my opinion. In a way, that was good, because it didn't feel like they were forcing it down the viewer's throat.

Drallak, I'll try to follow your advice :-). I got the habit of analysing from my love of reading, which naturally led to being a good English Literature student and therefore I analyse. Analysing became an integral part of my nature through psychology... I can quit anytime I want!!! I don't have to analyse!!! :-)

Seriously, though, I do have a thing with analysing. I analyse little things for fun. Sad really. I'll try not to over-analyse because that usually leads me into all kinds of strange conclusions.

I wanted to work out a proper view on people who are gay/bi even if it was one that would have the church elders working out a politically correct way to excomunicate me, because if people ask me what I think I don't want to quote Andy Warhol - "Uh, well I hadn't really thought about it." The anti-gay feeling in the Church really annoys me because I think that gay/lesbian/bi people feel shut out, and Jesus's love is for everybody.

Dammit Helen, stop preaching. :-)
