A Curious Girl: Movie magic?

Well, apart from working on the Website I've ben having an interesting few days. The end of term is scarily close. The gits have given us three exams on the last three days of term, which means I have one work free day in York and that's only because I asked Dad to pick me up on the Sunday.

Christina came over the weekend before last. This was very cool. She talks about God all the time. Which is nice :) We went to the church I went to with Cat - they do seem very friendly, and pretty much OK except the pastor made a very silly remark about homosexuality so I'm keeping a close eye on them ;) But I'm trying to talk to God more.

Also, I've written a couple of articles for the campus Christian magazine - one on unity and one reviewing 'What's a Christian to do with Harry Potter?' by Connie Neal. But I haven't been to see Prisoner of Azkaban yet. I've heard it's really good, but I love the book and don't want to mess up my imagination of it. I find it depressing on Deviantart and other art sites when I see fanart of the Potter characters that looks like the actors "It looks just like Daniel Radcliffe!" "It looks just like Emma Thompson!" Dan Radcliffe isn't Harry Potter though. He's just Dan Radcliffe. And none of the actors will ever look exactly like the characters. Lupin, for me, will always look like this picture and Snape looks like this picture and if this isn't Umbridge I don't know who is. But J.K. Rowling likes the film, so it can't be that bad.

Anyway, I have to go to a lecture now. Have fun :)
