Do you know the Muffin Man?
Saturday, Oct. 12, 2002 - 15:41 Ick. Crappy mood. Talking to people I don't really know is making me feel lonely, but the less I talk to them, the less I'll know them and the more lonely I'll be. Poo. I went to late night prayer last night with Keith and Matt, meeting Chris and Fiona there. It was very good, simply a space for silent prayer together and some Taizé singing. Afterwards there was hot chocolate and cake. Today is Fresher's Fair and I've signed up to so many societies I won't have time to study. Heh. But for the record, I've paid fees for only one. The Douglas Adams Society. Yay! There's a Creative Writing Society, which doesn't charge at all, and naturally neither does the Christian Union. I put my name down for loads but frankly I can't see myself going along to most of them. I would if I had time, but I don't. Oh well. I'd like to do Drama Society too but I'm going to have to do a lot of work for my course, so maybe not. (There's always next year, eh? :) ) I've just remembered, I signed up for community action too... Well, there goes the drama... So I've reverted back to old habits, computers are always good company. If you'd like to e-mail me or sign the book I would appreciate it lots ;) Of course, if I still owe you an e-mail you needn't bother (that'll teach me! hehe...). Oooh... almost forgot to say... Steve and his girlfriend Nicky muffins! Twelve muffins, six chocolate and six chocolate orange chip!! Yay! Hehe... It was so cool. Everyone on my corridor thinks my brother's cool now :) Why not send someone muffins today?
