Post interview madness

*bounce* Well, they went well!

First one asked me to describe myself... oh please... but the woman interviewing me seemed quite impressed. Second, at the restaurant, I had to do a silly little test which required as little modesty as possible, and then the man talked to me, offered me a drink and told me I would do an 'On Job Experience' in which they would see how I work. Nervewracking but I appreciate that it's probably much better than an full-fledged interview. The clothes shop should call tonight to tell me if I have it... they haven't called yet but my signal was low for ages, plus my phone was off in the seond interview. It is way better pay than the bakery in Rochester I was interviewed for a while back... I didn't mention it but I think it was on the same day as my PMS venting session. I also ended up speaking rubbish a couple of times during the first one - in the second the manager was a strange rather hyperactive man (!) who seemed more eager to make me want to be employed than I was eager to be seen to be wanting to be employed, if you see what I mean. He actually recommended that I didn't do evenings and made sure I'd be OK getting there and back! This is the kind of person I want to be employed by!!

It went well, anyway. I actually prayed beforehand, 'God, even if I don't get it, let it go well!' Because at least then I can be confident for any other interviews.

Ah well, if I don't get these I have 14 more CVs and 9 more forms to fall back on... let's hope I don't fall a long way.

I am writing a nutty story at the moment which stars a girl who is a cross between my beloved best friend Chris, my friend Megan from a while back, and Hermione Granger, one of Harry Potter's two best friends. Heh heh heh. She's also a bit mad... Anyway, I am feeling cheerful. Byeeeee!
