Hah! I thought I'd say that!
Friday, Aug. 30, 2002 - 21:03 You'll be pleased to know I'm not a totally bitter old woman. Read Alice's camp diary, it's cool and has lots of God in it. And thanks Alice for signing my guestbook :D I'm not feeling mad at God anymore, just... mixed. I had work today. Salad again. Vikki helpfully informed me I was getting the hang of it. (Speaking of which, I never put work people on my About me page. Shame on me.) Getting the hang of it? I should think I am getting the hang of it, I've been doing for ten flippin months... Also I discovered two of the nicest words in the English language; 'holiday pay'. I got more holiday pay than it cost to get my ticket for Soul Survivor! Jammy or what? Paid for doing absolutely zilch. If I knew I got paid for holidays, I would take them all the time. Aaaw, there was a liddle baby in work today, tiniest child I ever saw. Sooooooooo gorgeous I was broody. OK, I wasn't broody because I have no desire to get pregnant, even though I vaguely wanted to go sit in the fertility chair that used to be a shop I know to scare my parents (Wicked grin). It wasn't there anymore, though. And I ate lots of leftover food today, was actually in the mood for it. Ooh, Lucy has become a reviewer! Yay for her. Go and get reviewed by her or Fletcher. Go on. And so, in honour of this, I would like to review myself :) Totally stolen from Diary Reviews but my own waiting list of diaries is very short (as it includes my own...), as I'm not even going to bother reviewing Angelique. Hope she doesn't mind... Echoing Valleys Contact: Guestbook, notes, e-mail (5/5) Errors: None, naturally. (5/5) Navigation: Links are a bit faint, but fairly simple. (8/10) Updates: Fairly frequent. But not every day, you naughty little girl. And you didn't even keep a proper diary for when you went on holiday! (10/15) Layout Design: Fabulous, you must have an excellent designer. Actually the photo is gorgeous and always will be. Thanks to Philip Greenspun. (20/20) Content: You ramble. It's nothing I haven't heard before. And you break up your sentences with inappropriate parentheses. And you mention random names without explaining who they are. You're all right when you get hold of one train of thought, however. (10/35) Would I come back?: No, I'm going to give up on reading this diary now for my own mental health. Wait, I'm reading what I'm writing now... damn. Oh well. (5/5) Bonus: Self-designed, imood, About me page (5/5) Total Points: 68/100 Reviewed by: Me Recommended Reading: All of it. Tadaa! I should be a reviewer :) Random word for today: << last entry ... next entry >> Interesting doughnuts - Sunday, Feb. 05, 2006 Blogging, why? - Friday, Feb. 03, 2006 Dreams, climate change - Friday, Feb. 03, 2006 In the shadows - Sunday, Jan. 29, 2006 |
