Isn't it good I have a Ricci
Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2001 - 20:21

Grr. There is one person at the moment who I shall describe as arrogant, obnoxious, tactless, and intolerant. If they read this they probably won't recognise themselves from the description. Suffice it to say talking to this person feels like although we are moving towards the subject, as with gravity we end up circling around it and never getting closer.

*sigh* after that it was a complete relief to do my usual random banter with Ricci on the bus on the way home. We've been arguing forever over whether he is a nice person or not, and after discussing a diary entry I wrote where I said he was, I eventually conceded and decided that he is in fact a horrible, mean, repulsive and downright nasty person, and promised never to upset him by calling him nice again. We spent an amusing journey discussing unflattering terms we could use to describe him, repulsive being my favourite :-) It was a relief to have the flippant and relatively stress-free company of Ricci after today, I can tell you.

Ricci and I had a long debate a few months ago in which I insisted 'You're a nice person!' and he insisted, 'No, I'm an arse!' And I told him a little later in the day after this that I felt tortured not being able to expose my true feelings about him. He said, 'What?' I said, 'You're an arse!' This made him laugh, I am proud to say :-)

OK then Ricci, I admit it. You're a mean egocentric imbecile with no redeeming features. But I like your company. This makes me a masochist, right?
