An unexpected e-mail
Sunday, Jun. 13, 2004 - 18:39 *jaw hits floor* At least a year after I'd decided that Friends Reunited would not entice my old friend Claire from primary school to contact me, she's e-mailed me. OK, was not expecting that. Still, it gives me the chance to right an old wrong and finally tell her, if she didn't read my description, anyway, that I am a Christian. Hurrah! "Oh, and Claire, remember that crazy religious girl we made fun of? She's my best friend" :D (She's still a Jesus Freak! :D ) Reading Friends Reunited is weird. Discovered that a girl who was the sweetest little fluffball in year seven, and a guy who was a total class clown in year seven, are a couple and he's going to/is at/has been to Iraq with the army. Scary. And two guys in my class have been going to various tropical islands and spend their time either earning money to go abroad, or going abroad... "William Hague" is studying Economics. "the fat gay one" is probably still gay but not fat any longer, as he goes to the gym five days a week. Heh. Bizarre. And I now know where he'll be this summer. Hehe. Since I'll be working nearby, I'll probably pop in to say hello. Now I just have to figure out what on earth I'm going to say to Claire...
